A Little History

Buttercups Nursery School has been a notable and cherished part of the Whiteley Community since its establishment in 1998, providing a warm, happy, and friendly environment that is filled with fun for children to reach their full potential.

Our aim is to ensure that today's parents can have complete peace of mind while their child is under our careful supervision and nurturing guidance. Buttercups operates from a thoughtfully designed, purpose-built setting located within the Whiteley Community Centre.

We offer a large and inviting indoor and outdoor learning environment, where 24 children aged two years and nine months up to school age can engage, play and develop, throughout the year for 49 weeks.

In this vibrant space, children have the opportunity to explore the continuous provision, which plays a crucial role in providing them with the social advantages of being independent and learning to manage themselves before they embark on their school journey.
